The Shrine of the Divine Mercy de Cebu Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is composed of professionals and lay church workers dedicated to spreading the Divine Mercy Devotion.
The foundation operates across Cebu and nearby dioceses, including Dumaguete, Siquijor, Maasin, Tagbilaran, and Talibon. It is officially recognized by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu. The foundation supervises and manages the Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Garing, Consolacion, Cebu.
